Terms & Conditions

THE MACS FARM

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By continuing with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ARRIVAL & SESSION TIMES

Your ticket time is the start time of your session. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your booked session to allow sufficient time to park and walk down to The Nest Box.

Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee spaces on later session slots if you arrive late or miss your booked session.

The Nest Box Bar and Mac Shack will be open from 10:00am–4:00pm.

If you are joining us for one of the later session time slots and plan to enjoy food or drinks, please factor this into your arrival time, as food and drink services will not be available after the activities have finished.

2. PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are legally responsible for all payments due to The Macs Farm.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Your pitch(es) will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

All prices are subject to applicable booking fees.

5. INJURY, SAFETY & LIABILITY

The Macs Farm operates as a working farm and, as such, there are inherent risks associated with being in a rural and agricultural environment.

All visitors, campers and event attendees enter and remain on the premises at their own risk.

The organisers and site owners will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained whilst on site, except where caused by proven negligence.

6. ACCESSIBILITY

If you or a member of your party has accessibility needs, please contact us before booking so that we can discuss any reasonable adjustments that may be required.

7. PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY

If the government imposes travel restrictions affecting overnight stays, or a national lockdown is introduced, all fully paid pitch fees will be offered either:

· A transfer to an alternative holiday date, with the new date falling within the same calendar year as the cancellation date; or

· A refund of 85% of the fees paid, with 15% retained to cover administration and associated fees.

If you or a member of your group is ill and cannot attend, or needs to self-isolate, and you therefore wish to cancel your booking for safety reasons, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

We therefore recommend that you have appropriate travel insurance in place to protect your holiday costs.

Please note that if you have booked a bell tent, the Bumble Tents & Events Terms & Conditions will apply and may differ from the terms set out above.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

By entering the site, all attendees acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may take place throughout the duration of their stay or event.

Official photographers and videographers will be identifiable by high-visibility jackets labelled “Event Photographer”.

Any images or footage captured may be used by the organisers for promotional and marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, social media, websites, printed materials and future publicity.

If an attendee does not wish to appear in photographs or video content, it is their responsibility to make this known to the photographer or videographer at the time.

While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, the organisers cannot guarantee that individuals will not appear incidentally or in the background of wider shots.

By remaining on site, attendees consent to the use of their likeness as part of the event’s general documentation and promotion.

The organisers are not liable for any use of imagery captured by attendees, guests or third parties who are not official event photographers.

We will not sell or license images of identifiable individuals to third parties for unrelated commercial use.
