We have two types of shifts available – Event Days and Set Up/Take Down Days.
Event Day Volunteers
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Checking tickets
- Marshalling around the event and being a point of contact for event goers
- Helping keep the event tidy and safe
- Helping co-ordinate car parking
Event Set Up/Take Down Volunteers
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Setting up gazebos, staging and event structures
- Putting up signage, flags and decorations
- Moving furniture and stock
- General cleaning and tidying
Please note: set up/take down roles are physically demanding and require a reasonable level of fitness.
By filling out this form, you understand that:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to volunteer and that you can provide photo ID.
- It is not a guarantee that a volunteer shift will be offered (a member of our team will be in touch with details if you are successful)
- If you do not complete a volunteer shift in its entirety then no compensation will be given.
- If successful, this is a voluntary role and you agree to follow event guidelines.
