We aim to give you a response within 5 days, but this may be longer during the build up to the event, so please do try and bear with us.

All events that take place at The Macs Farm are outdoor events, more specifically in our Nest Box Field. The majority of this grass field is flat, with a slight increment to the Nest Box Bar area. The field can be accessed via a gravel track from the accessible car park.

Across the farm there are gravel and tarmac roads, farm dirt tracks, as well as mulch and grass paths, most of which is uneven ground. Mobility problems are posed on grass areas, particularly in bad weather conditions. If it rains and gets muddy, it may become more difficult to manoeuvre. Please bear this in mind when attending any event and come prepared for all weather conditions.

We have accessible parking available next to the Nest Box Field, where our events take place. It is a gravel/stone car park, a short distance away from the event space. Once you have booked your event tickets, please send us an email at [email protected] to reserve your accessible car parking space.

We are happy to provide any customer requiring assistance, with an extra ticket for one carer or personal assistant, free of charge. Simply purchase your ticket in the usual way via our booking page on our website and then contact us at [email protected]. We ask that you please provide us with your booking number, contact details for your carer/personal assistant and one of the following forms of supporting documentation:

  • DLA
  • PIP
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
  • Deaf/Blind Registration
  • Credibility Access Card

We recognise that the documentation above may not apply to everyone who requires assistance. Please email us any additional supporting documentation or feel free to give us a call on 01273 845189.

There is an accessible toilet located in The Nest Box Bar area. There are also dedicated hand washing and drinking water points there.

Please note we do not offer any internal transport due to the limitations of moving around the site.

If you would like to bring an assistance dog to the event, of course you are welcome to.

We do not have any viewing platforms at our events.

Please feel free to see our friendly team at any point during your camping stay if you need any assistance. If you have any medication or special food items which you need to keep refrigerated, this can also be provided upon request.

We would like to advise all visitors that smoke machines, flicker lights, lasers, strobe lights, and other lighting effects may be in use during our events.
