Terms & Conditions
We are so happy that you have chosen to come and stay with us on our beautiful campsite. We really do hope that you have a lovely time with your friends and family. To ensure a smooth and safe campsite for everybody, please have a good read through the terms and conditions listed below.

PAYMENT
Unless agreed in writing, you are legally responsible for any payments due to us.
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Your pitch/es will only be confirmed once this payment has been received. Payments are taken through our online booking system only.
All bookings/payments are final and promotional codes/discounts cannot be applied after a booking/payment has been made.

CAMPING & EVENT TICKET CANCELLATION
If you cancel your booking/tickets for any reason, the following will apply.
- If you cancel your booking 30+ days before arrival, you will receive a full refund (minus non-refundable booking fee of 3.6%)
- If you cancel your booking 29-15 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund (minus non-refundable booking fee of 3.6%)
- If you cancel your booking 14-0 days before arrival, no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Please note that the cancellation policy for pre-arranged Group Bookings is different to the above. For Group Booking terms & conditions, please see the bottom of this page.

YOUR CAMPING PITCH
- One pitch includes camping for up to four people in one tent.
- If your party is larger than four, then up to two extra people can be added at the time of booking.
- A pitch can hold up to a maximum of 6 people in one tent.
- Pitches will be allocated prior to arrival.
- We reserve the right to change your allocated camping field at any time if necessary. This may be due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or event management needs.
- You must pitch your tent on your designated pitch, as shown on the field’s noticeboard. If you pitch elsewhere, you will be asked to move.

PUP TENTS
- You can book to bring your own pup tent for an extra charge.
- All pup tents must be one or two-man sized.
- Pup tents must be pitched up directly adjacent to your main tent.
- Sleeping in a pup tent is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to cancel your pup-tent booking for operational reasons. You will be refunded your pup-tent price, however we will not refund your full booking.

GAZEBOS
- You can book to bring your own gazebo for an extra charge.
- Gazebos must not exceed 3m x 3m in size.
- Gazebos must be pitched in a way that does not impose on a neighbouring pitch.
- We reserve the right to cancel your gazebo booking for operational reasons. You will be refunded your gazebo price, however we will not refund your full booking.

BELL TENTS
- All bell tents must be hired from Bumble Tents & Events, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- All information regarding the bell tents and bookings must be made via the Bumblebell website. Here you will also find a separate set of T&Cs for bell tent bookings.

VEHICLES & CAMPERVANS
- No vehicles are permitted in the camping fields at any time, including for loading or unloading.
- If you wish to bring a campervan, you must contact us separately in advance to check availability and obtain approval.
- Parking is only permitted in the designated car parking areas, and wheelbarrows will be provided for you to escort your belongings to your pitch. Once you have finished with your wheelbarrow, please return to the wheelbarrow park.
- Unauthorised campervans or vehicles found in the camping area may be asked to leave, or incur a penalty charge of up to £100.
- Vehicles and any other property are left at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of your vehicle and/or its contents while on the premises.
- Driving speed is restricted to 10mph anywhere on the farm to ensure the safety of all visitors.
- Caravans are not permitted.

PARENTAL SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Children aged 16 and under must be supervised by a responsible parent or guardian at all times.

WRISTBANDS
- All guests will be required to come to check in and collect their own wristbands.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times throughout your stay and will be regularly checked by site staff.
- You will be required to pay a replacement fee if you lose or cannot produce your wristband. The fee amount may vary depending on your booking date or event type.
- Failure to comply may result in removal from the site without refund.

BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT
- We reserve the right to remove any individual or family from the site for antisocial, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. This includes but is not limited to:
- Excessive noise
- Vandalism
- Alcohol or drug misuse
- Refusal to follow site rules or instructions
- No refunds will be given to anyone removed for these reasons.

NOISE, CURFEW AND MUSIC
- A site-wide quiet time is in place from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Children aged 16 and under must be back at their pitch before dark.
- No music of any kind is permitted in any of our camping fields at any time.
- Silent discos are not permitted.
- Excessive noise that is deemed disruptive to other guests, as determined at the discretion of campsite wardens, may result in removal from the site without refund and/or the imposition of a penalty charge of up to £100.
- Decisions by site staff regarding excessive noise are final.

FIRES AND COOKING
- Designated fire pits are provided on-site for guest use.
- Only firewood supplied by the campsite may be used. Outside wood is not permitted due to safety and environmental regulations.
- Any guests found using outside firewood may have their fire privileges withdrawn without refund.
- It is your responsibility to collect all your booked wood boxes from check-in during opening hours. No refunds are given for uncollected/unused wood boxes.
- Open flames must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- We reserve the right to remove or prohibit the use of fire pits during periods of hot, dry, or windy weather, or when fire risk is deemed high. This is for the safety of all guests and the surrounding environment. Wood boxes included in camping bookings will not be refunded.
- All cooking must be done using appropriate camping stoves or BBQs that are raised off of the ground.
- All fires must be extinguished properly.

LITTER AND WASTE
- All families must take their litter and waste home with them at the end of the weekend.
- No bins are provided on-site, so please come prepared with your own rubbish bags and ensure your pitch is left clean and tidy.
- If you are caught leaving your rubbish, you could face a penalty charge of up to £50 per bag, and may be refused future bookings.

DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
- Families will be held responsible for any damage to the site, facilities, or equipment caused by their party.
- The cost of repairs or replacements due to negligence or misconduct must be covered by the responsible party.

AGE POLICY
- We do not allow unsupervised campers under the age of 21

DOGS
- We welcome well behaved dogs on leads to the farm. Please keep them under control and watch them at all times.
- Dogs are not permitted in to our ‘Meet the Chickens’ Field.
- You have full responsibility to clear up after them.

GLASS
- Glass is not permitted on site. We recommend using reusable/recyclable cups. This is to keep our farm, animals and all our guests safe.

WATER BALLOONS
- The use of water balloons is not permitted on site.

FIREWORKS / LANTERNS
- No fireworks or lanterns to be used at any time.

KITE FLYING
- Strictly NO kite flying anywhere on site.

WHEELBARROWS
- Customers must use all provided equipment, including wheelbarrows, solely for their intended purpose. Under no circumstances may customers use wheelbarrows to transport people or animals.

SWIMMING
- No swimming in the duck pond or any bodies of water on the farm.

WEATHER / EXTREME WEATHER
- Camping and events are not weather dependant, and no refunds will be given due to weather.
- In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel camping stays or events. In this case, we would offer you an alternative stay/event or a full refund.

INJURY, SAFETY AND LIABILITY
- Our site operates as a working farm, and as such, there are inherent risks associated with being in a rural and agricultural environment.
- All visitors, campers and event attendees enter and stay on the premises at their own risk. The organisers and site owners will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained whilst on site, unless caused by proven negligence.

ACCESSIBILITY
- If you or a member of your party has accessibility needs, please contact us before booking to discuss any reasonable adjustments.

PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY
- If the government imposeS travel restrictions for overnight stays (or national lockdown), all full paid pitch fees will be offered a holiday date transfer (all transfer dates must be within the same calendar year of the cancellation date) or the option to receive 85% of fees refunded (15% withheld to cover admin and fees).
- If you or a member of your group are ill and cannot attend/need to ‘self-isolate’ and for safety reasons you wish to cancel your booking, our standard cancellation policy applies. We would therefore advise that you have travel insurance in place to safeguard your holiday costs.
- Please note that if you have booked a bell tent, Bumble Tents & Events T&CS will apply and are different to that of the above.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
- By entering the site, all attendees acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may be taking place throughout the duration of the stay or event.
- Official photographers and videographers will be identifiable by high-visibility jackets labelled “Event Photographer”.
- Any images or footage captured may be used by the organisers for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials and future publicity.
- If an attendee does not wish to appear in any photographs or video content, it is their responsibility to make this known to the photographer or videographer at the time.
- While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, the organisers cannot guarantee that individuals will not appear incidentally or in the background of wider shots.
- By remaining on site, attendees consent to the use of their likeness as part of the event’s general documentation and promotion.
- The organisers are not liable for any use of imagery captured by attendees, guests or third parties who are not official event photographers.
- We will not sell or license images of identifiable individuals to third parties for unrelated commercial use.

COMMUNICATION CONSENT
- By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you express consent to being contacted by The Macs Farm LTD for informational, promotional and operational purposes. This includes, but it not limited to, communication via email, SMS, phone calls and other electronic methods, as permitted by applicable laws.
- The Macs Farm LTD can send you updates, newsletters, welcome emails, promotional offers and other communications related to our products and services. These communications may include transactional and marketing messages.
- You may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communications.
- The contact information that you provide must be accurate and up to date. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your contact details.
- We will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is used and stored.

GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from purchase date.
- Gift cards are redeemable online only – they cannot be used onsite.
- Gift cards must be applied at the time of purchase – they cannot be applied to an existing booking.
- Gift cards can only be used on available products – we are unable to provide refunds if your desired experience is unavailable or sold out.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
- Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed against bell tent bookings.

PRE-ARRANGED GROUP BOOKINGS
- Cancellation Policy
- Bookings made via a pre-arranged group booking system are non-refundable, except in cases where the campsite is unable to operate due to safety or legal reasons.
- Field Allocations
- We reserve the right to change your allocated camping field at any time if necessary. This may be due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or event management needs.
- You must pitch your tent in the field shown on your booking confirmation. If you pitch elsewhere, you will be asked to move to the correct field.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to guests via the contact information provided at the time of booking, or posted clearly on our website. Continued use of the campsite following such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and accept full responsibility for your own booking throughout your stay.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
