Pick Your Own Pullet Eggs
Saturday 7th September 10-4pm
Visiting a working farm is rare, but we are so excited to be able to open up our gates so that you can pick the freshest eggs you will ever eat! Step inside our bustling chicken shed, home to 6,000 of our girls who work hard to lay perfect eggs every single day.
Pick Your Own Pullet Eggs: Pullet eggs are the very first eggs that a young bird starts to lay. They are small but they are the most delicious eggs you will ever eat. You can pick your very own tray of 30 eggs that would have been laid that morning.
Meet & Feed the Chickens: Venture in to our chicken field to meet our friendly hens. Organic chicken feed will be available to purchase on site.
Food & Drink: Relax at The Nest Box, where you will find a variety of treats including proper coffee & soft drinks, ice cream & hot chocolates, milkshakes and smoothies, draught beer, local wine and more.
We will be joined by local street food vans, serving up some tasty food to keep you fed.
Join us for a unique day out on our wonderful farm as we celebrate the almighty pullet egg and the clever girls that lay them.

Tickets
Pick Your Own Eggs Ticket £7.00. Includes entry to the event, entry in to Meet the Chickens, plus 1 x tray (30 eggs) of pullet eggs to be collected by yourself.
Accompanying Ticket £3.00. Includes entry to the event & Meet the Chickens. This is for someone who want to accompany someone else but does not want to pick their own eggs.
Under 3’s Ticket Free. Includes entry to the event & Meet the Chickens.
Car Parking Free.
How to Get Here
Please use postcode BN6 8TL (Common Lane) to enter the farm via our camping and visitor entrance. DO NOT use our farm entrance on Dumbrells Court Road.
Please note that only food & drink purchased on site is permitted. You cannot bring in your own.
